INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
General Information
Sokolský běh republiky in Hluboká nad Vltavou will take place in the RACE format. This means that time does not have to be measured by a timing system. But don't worry, you won't miss out on your final time or the winner announcement! And what will you get from the organizers? In the event village, everyone picks up their starter pack with a bib number and other gifts from the organizers and partners, and at the finish line, a beautiful medal in the shape of the republic awaits everyone.
Runners can look forward to beautiful routes around the Vltava River. The route combines solid asphalt surfaces with forest paths, which will be appreciated by both fit runners and recreational athletes. Children's races are divided into three age categories and their routes are located around the sports complex. Once the capacity of the race is reached, starting will still be possible, but without entitlement to a starter pack or medal at the finish line.
Main Route
➤ Adults 4.7 km
The start of the route is in the sports complex. It leads partly along a cycle path and partly on an unpaved surface. It runs along the Vltava River with a view of the chateau.
Children's Routes
➤ 1 km - birth years 2012 - 2014
Starts in the sports complex, leads along the cycle path to the parking lot, through the parking lot around the complex back to the finish line. Asphalt surface.
➤ 1 km - birth years 2015 - 2017
Starts in the sports complex, leads along the cycle path to the parking lot, through the parking lot around the complex back to the finish line. Asphalt surface.
➤ 480 m - birth years 2018 - 2020
Starts in the sports complex and leads along the cycle path and around baseball fields back to the finish line. Asphalt and partly unpaved surface.
➤ 480 m - birth years 2021 and younger
Starts in the sports complex and leads along the cycle path and around baseball fields back to the finish line. Asphalt and partly unpaved surface.
