INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

General Information

The Sokol Run of the Republic in Alšovice will take place in a RACE format. This means that timing may not be done with official timekeeping equipment. But don't worry, you won't miss out on your final time or the winners' announcement! And what will you get from the organizers? At the facilities, everyone can pick up their starter pack with a bib number and other gifts from the organizers and partners. A beautiful medal in the shape of the republic awaits everyone at the finish line.

Main Route

➤ Adults 4.7 km

The race starts in front of the Sokol Hall in Alšovice. Since the Sokol Hall is located on a hill, the route profile is varied – with alternating uphill and downhill sections. Runners will run on both asphalt roads and through forest sections on unpaved terrain. The finish line is also in front of the Sokol Hall.

Children's Routes

➤ 900 m - birth years 2012 - 2015

START AT A MORE DISTANT LOCATION (an escort to the start will be provided) FINISH AT THE SOKOL HALL - The route is on asphalt and forest paths

➤ 500 m - birth years 2016 - 2017

START AND FINISH AT THE SOKOL HALL - Runs next to the Sokol Hall (small hill) and on the field in front of the Sokol Hall (flat section)

➤ 140 m - birth years 2018 - 2019

START AND FINISH AT THE SOKOL HALL - Runs on the field in front of the Sokol Hall (flat section)

➤ 70 m - birth years 2020 and younger

START AND FINISH AT THE SOKOL HALL - Runs on the field in front of the Sokol Hall (flat section)
